Request deletion of your chatbot data

You can ask Esky Repair Ltd to delete information associated with a Facebook Messenger conversation.

1. Email eskyrepair@gmail.com with the subject “Chatbot data deletion request”, or send the same request to the Esky Repair Facebook Page.
2. Tell us which Messenger account and conversation the request concerns. Please do not send passwords or identity documents unless we specifically explain why verification is needed.
3. We will verify that the request relates to you, confirm receipt, and respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law.

Information that must be retained for an ongoing repair, warranty, dispute, accounting requirement or legal obligation may be kept only for that purpose and deleted when it is no longer required.
